Day 3 ~ At sea

 Monday June 26th, we explored the ship, went to a comedy show, and had dinner at a specialty restaurant, Cagney's Steakhouse. (2 specialty restaurants were included in the package, but to be honest I enjoyed our meals more at the complimentary restaurants and buffet)

Day 2 ~ Aboard Norwegian Encore

Sunday June 25th, we boarded the ship around 11:30 and headed for lunch at the buffet.  We had several meals here and were never disappointed.  The service and variety of food was amazing!

The weather was warm and sunny in Seattle so we headed to the pool and slides.

Definitely took advantage of the included drink package (unlimited alcoholic drinks!!)

Our room was ready around 2.  We had a balcony family suite and it was perfect!

Vacation Day 1 ~ Seattle

Our Alaskan cruise was a trip of a lifetime! It was a well earned vacation for Pat's 25 years of work at the Heritage Company.

Vic (Pat's boss) picked us up bright and early Saturday June 24th at 3am and we had a direct 5 hour flight from Boston to Seattle.

The 3 hour time change gave us the whole day to explore.

The first Starbucks.  The line was insanely long so we walked 2 blocks to another Starbucks that had no lines, no waiting, lol!

Thursday night Vic & Roxie had us over for dinner on a boat to finalize our Alaska trip!  We leave EARLY Saturday!!

Friday was Caroline's birthday and we celebrated with a full day of shopping and lunch at our new favorite, Kirin's in Scarborough. They just opened one in Waterboro and everyone around town has been raving about it and now we know why! Caroline said it was the best meal she's ever had!!

Saturday's lacrosse tournament was canceled for the 2nd time because of rain, but they had another undefeated season!

Sunday was Tyler's graduation party.

We got back from a day of shopping and the girl who doesn't like dresses picked out 2 dresses for our cruise and said she loved them!  So of course I had to take more pictures.
