GSM 2026 Gerrish Take Lead And Never Look Back In Win Over GSM 2026 Landry

GSM 2026 Gerrish won big over GSM 2026 Landry 14-8 on Sunday.
A passed ball put GSM 2026 Gerrish on the board in the top of the first.
GSM 2026 Landry captured the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the first after Lydia Grant grounded out, and Sophie Cessario walked, each scoring one run.
GSM 2026 Gerrish took the lead in the top of the second. Nora Alexander singled, scoring two runs, to give GSM 2026 Gerrish the upper hand, 3-2.
GSM 2026 Landry scored on a passed ball, which helped GSM 2026 Landry tie the game at three in the bottom of the second.
A walk by Kalleigh Jones gave GSM 2026 Gerrish the lead, 4-3, in the top of the third.
Josie Leblanc singled down the right field line, which helped GSM 2026 Landry tie the game at four in the bottom of the third.
In the top of the fifth inning, GSM 2026 Gerrish went back into the lead after Sadie Marcotte singled down the right field line, and Nora Alexander walked, each scoring one run.
GSM 2026 Gerrish scored five runs on four hits in the top of the sixth inning. Stella Allaire singled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, and Kalleigh Jones tripled, scoring two runs.
Three more GSM 2026 Gerrish runs crossed the plate in the seventh inning to extend the lead to 14-6. Abigail Turner homered to right field, scoring two runs, and Shaylee Stanwood singled, scoring one run.
Abigail Turner stepped in the circle first for GSM 2026 Gerrish. The hurler surrendered one hit and eight runs (six earned) over seven innings, striking out 13 and walking 16. Josie Leblanc stepped in the circle first for GSM 2026 Landry. The hurler surrendered seven hits and eight runs (four earned) over three innings, striking out five and walking three.
GSM 2026 Gerrish tallied 15 hits in the game. Caroline Desmond, Stella Allaire, and Shaylee Stanwood each collected three hits for GSM 2026 Gerrish. Kalleigh Jones and Nora Alexander were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in three runs for GSM 2026 Gerrish. Abigail Turner collected two hits for GSM 2026 Gerrish in four at bats. GSM 2026 Gerrish had patience at the plate, amassing nine walks for the game. Sadie Marcotte and Arabella Logan led the team with two free passes each. GSM 2026 Gerrish didn't commit a single error in the field. Shaylee Stanwood had the most chances in the field with 14.
Willow Escoto, Nora Leblanc, Josie Leblanc, Lydia Grant, and Julia Chambers each drove in one run for GSM 2026 Landry. Josie Leblanc led GSM 2026 Landry with one hit in three at bats. Sophie Cessario paced GSM 2026 Landry with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating 16 walks for the game.
