Our hearts are broken 💔💔💔
We had to put Sawyer down suddenly August 21. That morning he was panting and breathing heavily, better during the day, and then started again in the evening, along with a hard belly and pale gums. I took him to the emergency vet and got the worst possible news. He had spleen cancer, the most aggressive type of cancer, and it had caused a tumor that had ruptured and he had internal bleeding. This cancer is known as a silent killer so by the time he had symptoms it was too late.
He was the best boy and gave us 10 years of happiness and laughter. Even at age 10, he still acted like a puppy and was always excited to see someone and play. He is so deeply missed 💕
