Happy 40th Birthday

Charlotte and Caroline were running in the driveway when Caroline fell and skinned her knees.  Charlotte ran over to her and asked, "Are you okay?"  She saw her skinned knees and immediately went inside and grabbed the ointment and bandaids to help her little sister.  Charlotte gave Caroline a hug and said "I was so worried."  And Caroline was such a trooper.  She shed a few tears, but was happy to get her bandaids.  And then she was off and running!

A Windy Day

Strawberry Spinach Smoothies

The girls wanted to make more smoothies today so we came up with our own recipe.  We placed some frozen strawberries, half of a banana, 1 cup greek vanilla yogurt, a large handful of spinach, and 1/2 cup milk in the blender.  

 Love their green mustaches!

Smoothies

Place 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, a large handful of fresh spinach (the best part!), 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup apple juice in a blender.  Blend until smooth and enjoy!

We had a birdie theme party for a special two year old!
