Last week

A rainy cold Monday softball game vs TA, only 3 innings vs 9 of their best EIGHTH grade players 😒 Lost 10-2

Wednesday they played Bonney Eagle and finally got some good competition. They lost 12-6, but it was back and forth and only a 1 run game until the 7th.

Caroline got the offense going in the 2nd inning with a hard hit single down the first base line and scored the first run to tie the game 1-1. There was some great hitting and awesome defense!

Thursday Charlotte went for her road test and passed!

School, barn, work, repeat!

What a week!

 After a weekend away, it was one heck of a week!

Softball game EVERY day, I was hit with a bad stomach bug, Pat had rotator cuff surgery, and then Charlotte caught the bug, ugh!

I think we've had 14 games in 9 days, but who's counting!?!

Hasn't had a lot of practice pitching, but hey why not?!?

She had another awesome showing, 3 firsts, 1 third, and 1 fifth

Tournament Weekend

 Wow....what a weekend! Caroline and I were away for a Dirt Dogs tournament weekend in Londonderry, NH. A hotel full of 12 girls, siblings, parents, and coaches, so fun and Loud! I love how ALL the girls get along so well and most are best friends.

Day 2 - Saturday got rained out so all 3 games were moved to Sunday.

They had a full day of fun - batting cages and field space, Dave and Buster's, and the Mall of NH

And of course more pool time

Weekend

Little League game Thursday night and Saturday morning and Caroline has been getting some hard hits to outfield and plenty of RBI's. She even had her first outfield hit as a Dirt Dog!

Lost a very close game against Biddeford

Won a back and forth game against another MLL team

Squeezed in a doubleheader against Fryeburg on Sunday before the rain.

I'll spare you my yelling, lol!

And Saturday Charlotte went with her 2nd family to a horse show in Saco to help out.
